	This project aims to spark the entrepreneurial spirit in our young people, letting them know that this is a potential career choice. It starts with financial management training, building good financial habit as well as developing young people’s team spirit and creative potential. Activities are designed to encourage the students to think, analyze, anticipate problems and provide solutions. Experience with real-life business start-ups lets the students learn marketing, resource allocation and problem-solving skills.

Career Development aims to help our young people set their personal development goals, accumulate career knowledge and discover the ways of the working world. The program will help them gain a better understanding of themselves and the kind of careers that are suitable for them. Through a variety of activities and workshops, the program will turn the abstract concept of life-planning to concrete actions, help the students map out their future directions, making the transition from schools to work a smooth one.

This project takes young people’s sense of idealism and encourages them to discover the uniqueness and needs of the community they are in. Through exploring and understanding the work of civic and community service groups, students can see the kind of workplace, employment opportunities, and the working experience that’s required right there in their own “backyard”. Furthermore, the program will build students’ leadership skills. As their visions are expanded and experience enriched, they will also gain a greater sense of belonging and responsibility for their own communities. The leadership skills they acquire will prepare them for future endeavors which will impact the community they live in.
